One of the reasons why we are a force to reckon
with in the automotive industry is that we our
galvanized products are of great quality. Thanks
to Paras Hot Dip Galvanizing Lines (HDGLs)
delivered to us and put into operation about 7
year ago. The HDGLs are, flexible, cost-effective
and perform optimally. Their exceptional
components include mechanical equipment, air
wiping, furnace and post-treatments.
The shredder plants installed at our facility are
top quality as they can technologically shred and
recycle scrap metals and non-ferrous materials. We
have also got full turnkey design from Paras.
Their dedicated team of engineers were on ground
to offer practical solutions. This has further
increased efficiency and production output as our
facility. The machines are truly dependable and
the company’s customer service is superb.
It did not take us long to discover that the
continuous annealing lines by Paras are the best.
They provide higher throughput rates, high yields
and advanced high strength steel. They have a
rapid cooling system, special annealing cycles and
specific temperature control that enhance greater
quality results.
The single and twin-cathode DC EAFs delivered by
Paras are advanced electric making technology. The
flexible furnaces can take up to 100% scrap, use
electric and chemical energy and produce heat with
sizes from 5 to 420 t. With them, we are able to
operate without causing pollution to our
environment.
Ever since we have been using the heat treatment
line for long products supplied by Paras, our
continuous and batch operation, including
tempering and hardening processes have been
seamless. The walking beam furnaces used for
hardening, normalizing and tempering, the
quenching devices and other heat treatment lines
have the capacity to produce durable, reliable,
strong and long-lasting products.
We got Rotary Kiln and Tunnel Kiln, the
coal-based DRI plants, from Paras and we find them
as very effective process that gives great waste
recovery and high combustion efficiently. Paras
designs are versatile; we have been using them for
different grades of raw materials, and the results
are always excellent.
Paras supplied us billet casters which have
enabled us to meet the requirements of the steel
market. We use them to cast equivalent of a
throughput of 23.4 tons/hour/strand. Their
operations are smooth, hitch-free and are very
easy to maintain. We are also able to cast round
and square formats with the billet casters.
The continuous systems and push-pull pickling
technology that Paras offered us are known for
high pickling performance, optimized process,
reduced maintenance and low operating costs. The
push-pull pickling lines are economical and give
us opportunity to be flexible in operation
rescheduling. The continuous pickling lines are
capable of producing more than 2, 5 Mtpy at a
maximum speed of 450 mpm.
